3D design development 15/9

My 3D design project began with sketches of dogs and bus stops along a journey. However, after we began to make 3D models it took a turn as I was intrigued by circular patterns of movement and experimented with methods of slotting cardboard together to build my structures. After reflecting on the playful designs had made I researched an architecture school in Finland that had used differing natural resources such as hay spending on the current season and the materials that this provided to build an auditorium surrounding a tree. Although I found cutting cardboard so that it slotted perfectly together and held in place challenging and often frustrating I was pleased with the end result.
